The U.S. House of Representatives has passed a measure honoring Oklahoma native Toby Keith for his commitment to members of the Armed Forces.
Congressman Tom Cole introduced the House Resolution in June. It praises the country music star for performing in several United Service Organizations tours overseas.
The House passed the measure Wednesday evening. Keith has participated in USO tours to Belgium, Kosovo, Italy, Germany and Afghanistan, among other places.
