Oprah is settling in very well. She and Millie actually play, kinda. Oprah is an instigator. She has figured out that she can run faster and go places Millie can't. So she sneaks up on her, pats her on the rear or head and the chase is on.
The only real neutral area is my bed. We are all sleeping on it now. Well, if you can call it sleep. We have a new game at bedtime. Millie gets under the blankie and goes to sleep. Oprah pounces on her and the chase begins. Until Oprah jumps to the dresser. Millie gets under the blankie - and you know the rest of this story. A couple days ago Oprah discovered the bathtub. Oh this is a fun place right after Mommie's shower. She walks on the tub between the shower curtain and the outside curtain. Then of course waits for an unwitting dachshund to walk by and then pounces like the mountain lion she is.
Long days and pleasant nights...
